September 2009: Together Gabriela Zorn and Jens Freels after gaining reference funding we are drafting a début feature. ‘Fortune Cookies’ (w/t) is tragic comedy that follows the lives of young boy and his bi-polar mother.
JUNE 2009: Preparations for the next Kinder machen Kurzfilm! Berlin schools in 5-6 classes are writing scripts. The choosen script will be made into a short film by a team of thirty kids and a bunch film professionals. The project is produced by Bewegliche Zeile e.V. in co-operation with interfilm Berlin and supported by Vision Kino

Australian producer, Selin Yamin joins the project:
BETWEEN HOME charts the extraordinary four-year journey of young
Australian artist and web designer Nick Jaffe as he sails from Europe to
Australia.
In 2006, 24 year old Australian artist and web programmer Nick Jaffe meets
thirty-something ex-pat Australian filmmaker Jack Rath in an ‘Aussie
Bar’ in Berlin. When Nick tells Jack of his plan to sail solo from Europe to
Australia, Jack resolves to track his progress. Over the next four years,
the two men keep in touch through video diaries, email, blog posts
and irregular meetings in exotic locations around the world. Jack
watches as Nick’s artistic endeavour becomes a cross he has to bear
as he searches for freedom in the space ‘between home’.

January 2009: Together scriptwriter Nana Ekvtimishivili (Fata Morgana) we’re working toward a feature film “The Long Life of Trees” which is inspired by a real- life incident that took place within Georgia (Caucuses) in 2001. The screenplay is presently draft form.
